Hubby is out the guys & he said they are going to a lutefisk supper??

  • it is a nasty Norweigan treat...fish soaked in lye, it reeks and hated every holiday growing up with the stuff

  • It is a super gross Norwegian dish. It is whitefish prepared with lye and some other crap. My mom is mostly Norwegian and I grew up having to watch them eat it, blech!

  • yupp a Norweigen holiday dish, although i heard they dont even eat it in Norway :p I'm half Norweigen and we used to go to the local Sons of Norway hall for lutefisk dinner when i was younger and they had a lot of other dishes
