  • i like regular butter cream, or cream cheese butter cream. ganache is okay but it has to be a certain kind of chocolate cake. i like chocolate but i do not really like chocolate on chocolate.

  • All work wonderfully. Here is a tip though to help you when you do begin to frost your cake. Do a crumb coat first. If you don't know about it. You'll do a light coat of frosting on your cake then let it set in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until the frosting hardens so that when you do frost your cake there won't be like crumbs in the frosting layer. I don't know if you have ever frosted a cake with white frosting or any other color and you get like crumbs in your cake and it tears. Well the crumb coat will help with all of that so you wont have that problem. But any frosting will work. Its whatever your prefrence is.
