19 month old addicted 2 video games

my son has literally tooken his 11yr old sister nintendo dsi n made it his game he wakes up n start playing n plays all day long till he naps n even after his nap he wakes up n plays till bedtime, i am having the hardest time taking it from him cause he goes looking 4 it n finds it, he wont take time out 2 eat nap sleep all night or anything ... what can i do?

  • you should put it were he can't get to it. my daughter is almost 2 and addicted to TV so I have to brake her from that

  • The kid needs to eat,put it up.He might cry for a little bit but he will get over it.Do other stuff with him to get his mind off it. Good luck

  • i have it n my purse hanging on the back of my bedroom door now n he is screaming n hollering n the middle of the family room floor, his dad just walked n and asked whats wrong i told him n hes like just give it 2 him , no help at all ... but im not gonna give n i said jj if u eat some dinner u can have it back n he says no n is stil performing n the floor while his dad is looking 4 it
