I thought I wanted one more, but after my daughter's first four years (almost; she turns 4 next week), I realized that I'm done. When we have the insurance, I'm either getting the Essure procedure done or my husband is getting snipped.

Hey you know more than anyone about if you know if your done. I had my tubes done 8 years ago and I feel great! I have two and I feel like that is all that I need. And who knows, years down the road if you plan on having more there is always adoption. You may think that the blood relation between your child means more but on my end of the experience it really doesn't! trust me....
