  • My 5 year old will repeat anything (autism) and at the most inopportune times. He likes his echo and for the longest time at the store, he would shout out "diarrhea!" just to hear himself. This is because he had stomach troubles and heard the word often in conversation. My oldest is also autistic, very observant, and has no filter. He will point out to anyone, whether he knows them or not, something he notices about them different from him or he thinks funny. All four of my older ones say such cute/funny things. The baby hasn't said much funny yet, but it's all cute. :) The oldest says he's allergic to cleaning. My 8 year old is proud to be a smartypants. When my husband asks the children why they are so cute, they say, "because I came from mommy."

  • yes, my daughter cracks me up daily! The other day she told me she wanted "sampled eggs" for breakfast. Took me a minute to realize she meant scrambled.
