How do you keep your eggs from sticking to the pan?

I usually use a tiny bit of canola or olive oil (just enough so that they slide well because I hate overly greasy food).

  • The trick is to heat the pan first before putting butter, pam or oil in. Hubby is a chef and its one of the tricks he gave me. Works every time.

  • I have a non-stick pan that I use for eggs only and nothing else. Use a tablespoon of vegetable for making a 3 egg omelet.
