  • You know, I have no clue. When I worked at YMCA I tried many times, I just couldn't handle it. But most ppl just love the hit. I just don't get it. lol

  • Yes, it is a place to "detox" you can sweat out the impurities in your body. It's really quite healthy to do. Daily if you can!

  • Sweating out toxins. I can't do it, I will pass out. I will do yoga or take a warm bath, but saunas make me sick.
