  • B: plain organic yogurt mixed with coconut, almonds, flaxseed, and a piece of fresh fruit
    L: homemade soup or salad
    D: same as above w/ ezekial bread

    Nothing prepackaged, and no sugar or white flour or anything with corn syrup..
