how to get the best from my treadmill??

Can anyone give me a good 30 minute fat burning workout for my home treadmill. I am thin I just want to tone my extra skin from two kids...lmao. Any advise?

  • Interval training. Go at a walking pace for 1 minute and then run for one minute. Switch back and forth every minute for a 1/2 hour.
