Anyone else get those gel soothie pads for breastfeeding? Did yours loose their stickyness after you used them? Do they get sticky again after they dry out or what? I got mine yesterday and i swear they are the best thing since cheetos!!!! I love those things!!!

  • I did because I had a huge sore that wouldn't heal from breastfeeding. They worked great on one side, but my leaky side made them fall apart after like an hour. So instead of having to buy a ton of them, I cut them into peices and just put it on the sore part. It worked great, I just had to make sure there weren't any leftover peices of gel on me before I fed my baby.

  • I hated mine... when my son weaned himself I put refridgerated cabbage leaves in my bra to help with engorging. I dont knot if you can use them throughout nursing or if it just for when your done?

  • I used them initially when baby was first born because my nipples were so sore. They worked wonderfully! After awhile they do lose their appeal though. If you dont wash them everytime or let them dry completely they wear out faster. I also leaked in mine and that pretty much messed them up. But while they last they are great! I too used cabbage leaves and was amazed. I highly reccomend that too!
