Good gifts for a girl

Does anyone have any suggestions for gifts for an 8 year old girl? She likes to read, play with dolls, she also likes her brothers' Bionicles action figures.

  • you could get her an american girl doll or a knock-off if you don't want to spend that much money. but if you get a real american girl doll they have the books that come with them too. not sure how much your budget is lol

  • Girls that age are very crafty. They like to use their hands. Anything stationary or writing-wise, they'd like. Anything that you can bead up they would like.

  • I have to go with crafty stuff based on my 7 1/2 year old.  She likes playing with paperoni, making her own bracelets or jewelry, she has her own scrap-booking kit, painting, bendaroos, etc.

She also likes Barbies,  & playing with her dollhouse.  She's been asking for /Moxie Girl/ for Christmas.
