name spelling...

We picked the name riley for our baby boy and were thinking abou spelling it Rilei or Rileigh.what do u think??

  • I think you should spell it correctly. Just my opinion. Everyone is wanting their kids names to be unique, and I get that, but not spelling things correctly doesn't make them any more unique. Plus people will be spelling it "wrong" the rest of their lives.

  • No. Rilei looks just silly and Rileigh and Rylee look feminine.
    I would stick with the traditional RILEY for a boy
    If you REALLY want a different spelling.... Rhiley still looks masculine but has a bit of a twist.

  • I would like those different spellings, but maybe for a baby girl. I think those spellings make it a lot more feminine.

  • I honestly think you should spell it the way it's commonly spelled. The trend of people spelling everyday names differently is no longer unique because everyone is doing it.
