    My best friend was 44 when she had her baby and she is doing great. Why would it be different for a man?

  • Sure, my DH was 40 when we had DS #2 and he is really enjoying being a dad again.

  • My aunt& uncle had their 1st & only child in their mid 40s& they are the best parents i have known, is there something more to your question that you forgot to ask?

  • Does he have a job? Is he willing to take responsibility for the child? Will he actually be a father --love, feed, protect, teach, and otherwise care for the child? If so, go for it. He could be 110 years old for all I care. It's the 20 something sperm donors who care only for themselves that should not be fathers, but until the women wise up that ain't happening.
