  • I rub my feet together, kind of a self soothing thing. Only while I am drifting off.

  • I HAVE to read before I go to sleep. If I don't read at least a chapter of a book I just can't seem to relax. I have passed this on to DS.

  • I think I just answered this, but I have to make my bed before I can go to bed. Its weird, but everything has to be just right, the pillows all facing the same way, the blankets right before I can crawl into it... it drives the husband insane.

  • I still read before bed, just like I did as a child. I've always done that. I also still sleep with a stuffed animal. I'm kind of embarrassed to admit that, but whatever. :)
