I need some excersizing advice

I was wondering what are some good excersizes to do that is geared on getting rid of a fat stomach.

  • cardio gets rid of fat, but to tone, u need to do stuff that strengthens the core. like crunches and yoga.

  • cardio, and lots of it, whether it be aerobics, or dancing, or treadmills..etc

  • You can also tighten your tummy muscles for 10 seconds, release for 5... repeat for a rep of 10, 20... you know, work your way up, to help tone. Standing and sitting, laying- you hit different muscles and you need to hit them all.
