How often are you letting your kids eat a piece of their Halloween candy? Once a day, more then once a day, as a 'special treat'?... what are you doing?

  • my son gets 1 piece after lunch and 1 piece after dinner - after a week the candy slowly starts disappearing until he forgets about it all together -

  • My boys don't tolerate sugar very well (it makes them extremely hyper) we we've been letting them have one piece of candy after lunch and dinner. Of course we've been dipping into their bags as well so hopefully the candy will be gone soon!

  • When they ask. I think Alex was the only one to have one piece on Saturday. The other never asked. I think yesterday they had two/three pieces of it.

  • I let them gorge til it's gone. I used to dole it out and it lasted forever, til like Easter. NOT good for the teeth. I let them eat til they can't stand or crave it anymore, then brush brush brush teeth!

  • If they eat their entire meal they get one piece. This rarely happens so Candy lasts a long time here although hubby and I are enjoying it!

  • The two year old gets one after lunch and one after dinner. The older ones get 1 after school and 2 after dinner.
