how do i make home made nose drops?

i was told by my kids doctor that i can make home made nose drops w/ salt and water. i do not remember how she told me to do it. can ne1 tell me how to make it? thanks mamas

  • I don't make those. Instead, I mix peppermint essential oil into a bit of Lansinoh, and dab that just under the nose before going to sleep. Keeps things open and clear. Somehow it stops my sneezing, even nasal allergy sneezing. I used it all through my pregnancy since since soft tissue swells and we are more susceptible to sinus infections and no one wants to take unnecessary antibiotics. But I have no idea about the saline drops.
