What would you eat when you don't want to eat at all?

I'm not a breakfast person, but my stomach says otherwise. Food is not appealing to me, what is something simple that I won't possibly get sick off of, knowing I don't want to eat?

  • Something bland. Munch on some dry cereal like Cheerios or a piece of toast. I can't promise you won't get sick of it but I know when I'm hungry but don't feel like eating I don't feel like TASTING anything either.

  • Smoothies. Possibilities are endless, and they fill you up. They are what I usually make in the morning bc Im not usually very hungry.. I make one with various fruits, a little juice, water, ice, grinded oatmeal, and a packet of sweet and low.. Or I make one with Ice, milk, a packet of hot chocolate and peanut butter (will add a banana if I have one)..

  • I'll eat a bowl of rice or quinoa with milk, honey and some fruit.

Other days I'll eat some toast and jam.

  • I have daily vitamins I need to take, but if I don't eat w/them, I get really sick. Just not into eating, but I have to. Usually toast, but wish I didn't have to.

  • I usually just drink some milk or eat a yogurt. My other ploy is smores or fudge poptarts... it's hard to resist melty chocolate in just about any form. On colder winter mornings I sometimes like strawberry oatmeal. But yeah, totally generally not a breakfast person.
