dry skin. adult content

i have dry skin on my hands and feet and ive tried every lotion under the sun ( well almost ) and i can not get rid of it. any advice? thax mamas

  • vaseline and gloves/socks on overnight

  • Stop taking hot showers, try to set the water as close to room temp. as you can bare. Hot water dries out your skin. Apply baby oil all over right when you get out of the shower and then very gently pat the excess moisture with a towel. Also, apply lotion as often as needed through out the day.

  • Definately vaseline, but also, try hydrating from the inside out as well... drink LOTS of water, as well as take your omegas... anything high in GLA (Gamma Linoleic Acids) the fatty acid that is geared towards skin moisturization would be good, like "Borage Oil..."

  • Avoid petroleum products. They only mask the problem. Vaseline, mineral oil, & baby oil are by products of refining crude oil. Shea butter & beeswax lotion bar are best. Send me a pm & I will send you some samples.
