Meh...old people do weird stuff like that all the time.
If old age is an 'excuse' then he SHOULD NOT have leadership role, nor even be in the committees, or hell, he shouldn't even have any decision making ability that can impact the lives of Americans...

blame it on old age...I dunno. I can't read his mind. It just seems to me that he has done so much unethically for so long that he no longer knows what is ethical and what goes against house rules. It's time to get rid of him.
