Diet tips??? Trying to lose as much weight as possible in 2 months

I know I need to drink lots of water in addition to a diet and exercise...
any other good working tips??
Please no lectures-- just neef to lose FAST!

  • Cut out one thing that is a staple in your daily life diet. Do you like any type of soda even if it's diet and you drink it daily. Cut it out completely and you'll lose weight. This goes for anything else.

  • cut the carbs as much as possible, and walking long distances really revs up your metabolism, good luck!

  • Losing weight fast usually means you'll put it right on again as soon as you go back to normal, healthy eating habits.
