  • you just do it. i have a cheat day every week, and actually my cheat day this week was yesterday. I ate speggati, ice cream, & bacon pizza. and today im just back on my diet & thats the way its gotta be until next weekend.

  • Don't beat yourself up about. One day is not a big deal. Just start in again tomorrow with a fresh mind and keep yourself busy.

  • It's ok.. It is only one day. Just make sure you stay motivated, and do not loose your focus or goal. I am sure that you have not ruined all of the hardwork you have put forward so far. Think of it as a reward, to yourself. Just be sure to get back on track either today or tomorrow.

  • Do an extra workout. I always have a free day when I am dieting and its usually saturdays or sundays.
