  • HMM never thought about that b4, I want to say yes ,, however i bet they cant cause they cant hear emergency vehicles, so maybe someone knows on here , I'll be checking back to see

  • Yes, they are. My husband and I worked running the deaf ministry at our old church for 4 years. The only reason we left, was we moved. All the deaf people we knew drove, most all over the place.

  • I'm hard of hearing but not completely deaf and I drive. It's funny how they test your vision and not your hearing. Do you think that the DMV has ever really thought about that?

  • My SIL is deaf, but not completely. She wears hearing aids and drives. Maybe if you are completely deaf you can't. I never thought about it!

  • some with hearing aids..i think but not too sure...the ones i have seen usually have hearing aids!!
