  • Take a picture of yourself in a bra & panties. This is what you look like now. Find a picture of what you want to look like, but be realistic. Maybe use a picture of yourself in thinner days. Use the Now picture to remind yourself why you are doing this. As you lose weight and tone up, take new pictures to document your progress and help keep yourself motivated because you can see how far you've come.

  • Do you have a dog...walk him or her and get your kids involved. Take it to the park, it's good for everyone.
