  • canned chicken, peas, cream of mushroom soup, plain potato chips all mixed together as a casserole...bake on 350 for about 20 minutes...It's good and easy to make.

  • cooks and tear chicken into small pieces and spread out into the bottom of a 8x8 backing dish
    in a separate bowl mix together one small container of sour cream with 1 can cream of chicken soup
    put mixture on top of chicken and smooth over the entire pan
    crush ritz crackers on the top of the smoothed out soup mix
    top with dabs of butter
    bake at 350 for about 20 min

    best served with mashed potatoes and broccoli!

  • My favorite, and easiest, is you take a sheet of tinfoil and place it on a cookie sheet. Add carrots potatoes, onions, mushrooms, whatever veggies you want, a dollop of butter, and then you put your breasts (halved thickness wise, they cook faster) on top, season it all with salt, and pepper, make a foil envelope and cook for 40 mins at 400. Check chicken to ensure it's cooked all the way, and have yourself a meal. I use whatever's leftover and make a soup with the broth that collects in the foil and the veggies. yum.

  • Breaded ranch chicken. Take dry ranch seasoning, parm cheese, crushed corn flakes. Mix up and dip the chicken it. I love it and so do the kids.

  • Chicken & Green Bean Skillet
    1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen cut green beans, thawed
    2 Tablespoons. water
    1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    3 cups hot cooked long-grain rice

    Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until cooked through.
    Stir in beans and water. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 5 min. or until beans are tender.
    Add Velveeta and pepper; cook until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring frequently. Serve over the rice.
    Yield 6 servings, 1-1/2 cups each

  • Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
    8 oz. uncooked linguine or spaghetti
    1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli florets
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 lb. chicken breasts, cubed
    1 10 3/4 oz. can Cream of mushroom soup (can use fat-free to be healthier)
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Prepare pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking time; drain. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, stirring often. Add soup, milk, cheese and pasta & broccoli; heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve with extra cheese. Yield: 4 servings.
