  • Yes everything does happen for a reason and it is up to us to try to figure out the message behind it. Maybe the bad things happen so that we may be a catalist to do something right, or do something better, become an advocate or something

  • For the most part yes. I think there are some things that we as humans do bring on ourselves and there are somethings that do happen for a reason but we will never know the reason why.

  • We have control over virtually everything that we say and do. Every step we take (Figuratively and literally) is a choice that we make. With that, it's impossible to say that 'everything happens for a reason', because most everything is within our control. If we chose a different path two years ago we may not be where we are today. But we chose a path, so we ended up where we are through our choices. Now, there are things that are out of our control that make us alter our choices, and that could be said to have happened for a reason. In some ways I do believe that things happen for a reason, but overall things happen because we make them happen.
