How much sleep do you get a night?

If I went to sleep at 10 every night, I'd probably get 10 hours of sleep.

  • Maybe 6hrs. I go to bed at 10 and get up at 6 but I'm up at least two times in the night, and its hard to fall back to sleep.

  • I need 10 hours but I get a lot less. I'm lucky if I get 6-7 hours. I have trouble falling asleep and I wake up several times a night.

  • Well, at this very moment I am very sick & very pregnant w/ 2 bad hips... Thanks to all of that and the fact that my youngest doesn't like to sleep - ever - I got about 3 hours of broken sleep last night... If I could have actually slept the majority of the time I was in bed, I easily could have had 8 hours, but that's just not in the cards now a days.
