  • oooh yummmm,,,, I get hiccups a lot when I eat hot sauce and cayenne, and my mom says that it will burn a hole in my esophagus. I know i spelled that wrong but bear with me and try to guess it.

  • I learned from MENS HEALTH magazine a few years back that if you eat a light snack or meal with in a half hour of working out you help speed your metabolism and maintain it. It really is amazing how you feel refreshed when you add that in to your routine.

  • cayenne and other spicy peppers. They contain capsaicin (sp). Your body has to work to cool itself down.
    Whey protein. Green tea is a good way to start the day. Watermelon. Lean meat because it takes your body more energy to digest.
    Great way to start the morning is oatmeal w/ whey protein, flax seed, and mixed berries :)
