Do you think that they should recieve the cost break, even if they aren't even CITIZENS of this country??
I think it really depends. If they came over here illegally when they were a child then yes. A child doesn't have a say so in where they live or where there parents move them too. So, for this situation, I think that they should be able to go to college with instate tuition and work on getting legal paperwork.

Call me what you may, but just know MY MOTHERS FAMILY came from MEXICO LEGALLY. Yes, it took time. yes it costed money. But MY family waited for their turn, and came when they were approved. So I have NO SYMPATHY for those that choose to do it illegally. WHAT PART OF ILLEGAL DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?
