What do you do for canker sore's???

  • There's an OTC called Kanka. It's basically a numbing film that you apply over the sore that will protect it, basically long enough for you to eat something. Also, rinsing your mouth out with a 50/50 solution of peroxide and water will help keep it clean and expedite the healing process. The cause of canker sores is unknown, but it can take up to 2-3 weeks to heal. Keeping it clean is very helpful. Good luck....I know they're quite painful. Sorry.

  • I was going to say Kanka too. It puts a coating over the sore and it works great. You can brush your teeth or eat with less pain.
