what do i feed my one and two year old that have been throwing up?

they have no allergies.
my daughter is a little moody.
mt son seems fine.
but they don't keep anything down.

  • For our kids I start off with 7-Up, then crackers, then jello, then chicken noodle soup.

  • i would start with saltine crackers and maybe pedialyte. they have popsicle ones. i think. aww i hope they feel better soon

  • Our doctor recommends starting with just water (or Pedialyte) with only sips at a time. Wait 15 minutes to make sure it stays down then try a bit more. Next step would be the "BRAT" diet. Bananas, rice, applesauce, or toast. Stick with very bland foods until they can keep something down. There's no need to push eating just keep them hydrated. Good luck!

  • BRAT diet, bananas, Rice (white), Applesauce, Toast (lightly buttered but nothing else) and of couse water and pedialyte but try to get clear so you can tell if they throw up blood (no orange or red liqued)

  • Pedialyte, Brats diet is really good to go with start with small dosages
