having a rough day. what do i do to stay positive?

kinda frustrated. hubby said he would take us to the activity at the park today, and canĀ“t because something came up at the cyber cafe. i have been looking forward to it all day, headache and all because i thought it would be fun for ds to go on rides and what not, and since there arent many things for children in this city, i was really looking forward to it. for some reason i cant sleep all day even when ds is at preschool because i just keep thinking about someone coming into the house.. idk where that thought came from, but i will NOT sleep unless dh is here, and its killing me, have had this headache for about three days now, on little sleep because i have been waking up in the middle of the night, and i am just ready to quit.! ugh.

  • Exercise always makes me feel better and if you don't have the energy for that call a friend and vent or take a bubble bath and have a glass of wine :) Hope it turns around for you soon!

  • that is more than a bad day
    that is stress

    if bad day, i listen to someone else who life is more crappy than mine
    not sleeping and headache with thought of someone breaking into house- sounds like you are stressed out!!
    take a warm bath, MAKE yourself destress

  • Dance! I know your head huts but turn on some music you can bop along to to take your mind off the problems of the day.
