  • We eat whole wheat! I tried white bread a few weeks ago because my mom bought it for us and it's just too sweet for me. I hate white bread which is funny because before I met my husband I refused to eat wheat bread. Now, that's all we eat and my kids don't even like white bread!

  • WHOLE wheat bread. All bread is made of wheat, but unless it is WHOLE wheat, it's all the same as the enriched wheat.

  • I have a hard time with white because that means it has been bleached. It's not supposed to be that color.

  • We eat white, I would rather do wheat and we have tried a few times but we always end up back at white!

  • musicpieces, that's why I didn't say just white and brown. Enriched is the magic bad word to look for in the ingredients. When buying the bag it can say whole wheat but you can still sometimes find enriched on the ingredients.
