Have you ever used bee pollen as a supplement?

Has anyone ever used bee pollen as a supplement? I'd like to hear your experience with it if you have. What did you use it for? How did you feel? Do you feel it "works"?

  • Bee polen has an antimicrobial effect. Additionally, it is useful for combating fatigue, depression, cancer, and colon disorders. It is also helpful for people with allergies because it strengthens the immune system. Besides all this, it also contains B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, amino acids, essential fatty acids, enzymes, carotene, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, potassium, manganese, sodium, plant sterols and simple sugars. So you see, it's all around good for you.
