What food items to add to a Christmas brunch list?

Hi...I am a member of the BrewCrew@Coffee-MateUSA, and I need ideas for food items to add to a list I m making for an activity for a Christmas Brunch. Have any ideas for me??Thanks, 1redjellybean

  • Quiche, oven french toast, fresh fruit platters, sweet rolls, muffins, baked eggs (Paul Deen has a great recipe at foodnetwork) sliced ham, breakfast casserole......

  • I make a french toast casserole. It is basically french bread and cream and a little sugar with some crasins or pieces of apricots thrown in. If you want the recipe pm me.
