would like a tip for cooking ground meat?

Strat with a clod pan and add a half cup of water to the meat. Keep the meat moving as you increase the heat. It takes a few minutes but it loosens the meat up better and you won't have any "clumps" for taco's or in sauces or cassaroles. this works for any meat.
