Is it natural for the baby's skin to peel? He is two weeks old

  • Its perfectly normal for a newborn to have peeling skin. You could rub baby lotion all over or use a small amount of baby oil after a bath to help it improve.

  • Totally normal, it happens because of all the fluid they were floating around in.

  • yes it is very normal,just as long as there is no bleeding or scabbing with the peeling Im sure he/she is fine.

  • My son's skin seemed to peel forever. My son's nurse told me it was like he had just had a 9 month long bath. It'll clear up.
