  • I did. My problem was I bought almost as much as I sold. Ask local businesses if you can leave brochures with your contact information. Like salons, laundromats, or the waiting rooms at car mechanics.

  • I personally haven't tried it. If you would like to work from home and not have to worry about taking orders, distributing products, etc... Feel free to check my website out at Internet CEO Moms has been helping moms work from home since 1999! I now get to stay home with my son and not miss out on all his milestones :o)

    I wish you luck!! :o)

  • My mom did for many, many years and it was fun packing the orders.

  • If you do go into Avon, put a limit on how much you buy yourself --this includes samples, etc. Also, with new customers, make it a policy to get at least half the money upfront, if not the whole bill. If you know and trust the person, fine, but others, seriously. I got stuck with a $100 order once because i didnt send it back in time.

  • I have never sold avon, but am an independent consultant and area manager with Arbonne International. Arbonne is a 30 year old health and wellness company and believe in pure, safe, beneficial ingredients! I absolutely love this company and the products are amazing! Would love to share with you my journey with arbonne honey!!

  • Sell something that everyone else isn't. I know 15 Avon ladies in my area, personally.
There is only ONE person that sells what I do in a 300 mile radius.

This is what I chose over Avon...there were just too many reps in my little town. I've made really good money, and have really loved Scentsy since I started. I'm happy to help if you're interested and have any questions. Best of luck Happy Holidays!!
