  • I make broth with the bones usually, then make soup with some of the meat and throw in some veggies into the broth.

  • No...I have a weird fetish...I do not eat any meat that has a bone....realllly grosses me out, so when I buy meat it HAS to be boneless!

  • dear queen of scrap- when you make soup out of the turkey bones you cook them in water with aromatics then strain and THROW AWAY the bones and continue with some meat, a mirepoix and some rice or noodles. You don't actually eat the meat while it is on the bones.

  • I found a recipe and was thinking of trying it this year. Usually I just toss them.
