  • That term is tricky because it kind of labels people who are "pro-choice" as "
not life-lovers" or something. I'd like to think that everyone is "pro-life" - even a woman who has had an abortion, it could just have been they choice they made or felt they had to make at that moment. I really don't like these terms, but in the conventional definition, I used to be pro-choice for all of my life. Since becomng pregnant, I'm pro-life. Abortions should be illegal.

  • I'm pro-choice. I don't believe I have the right to decide for another woman what's best for her. But I don't like to use the term "pro-life", because it somehow implies that I'm not pro-life. Of course I'd prefer a woman doesn't choose abortion. But I know in some cases, that is NOT the best option. I also don't believe somebody can say they're pro-life "unless in case a, b, or c". You're either pro-choice, or you're not. I don't know every woman's story, and I don't have the right to make that decision for her. So yes, I believe abortion should be legal. Making it illegal won't make abortions go away, it'll just make women go back to the coat hanger, back alley abortions of the 50's. The key is EDUCATIONG our children, so they won't HAVE to make that decision....
