I wanted to make fried potatoes, but forgot I don't have no oil/

I got out bacon to make bacon sandwhichees for dinner and I was planning on making fried potatoes with it, but forgot I don't have no oil. Is there anything else I can use to make fried potatoes? I don't have any non stick spary either, but not sure what else to do sinceI don't have money until friday to buy oil and DH is at work anyway and I don't have money on me to get any. All I have to go with is mac and cheese or corn or green beans and if I just make one od those with sandwhiches it isn't going to be very filling. What else can I do?

  • Use the bacon grease and a little butter, if there isn't enough bacon grease. The taste would be amazing.

  • Where I live bacon grease would be the choice over oil even if you had a gallon of oil in the pantry. So much flavor there.

  • Use the bacon grease. They taste so good that way. Or butter or cooking spray.

  • If you have oil spray you can use that and oven fry them. It's also healthier!
