  • I don't but I could see how that could happen!

  • Happens every time I decide to "catch up" on sleep.

  • Yes. That is why I am on cafe mom right now otherwise I'd be fast asleep.

  • OMG yes! And I hate it. I go to bed usually around midnight-1, and I get up @ 5:50. If I go to bed, say, at nine I wake up at 3 and can't go back to sleep! OR, I try to catch up on the weekend and my schedule gets all screwed up, so I am up all night.

  • I used to, but now I get all the sleep I can get at night, I feel like I can't ever catch up on sleep.

  • I wake up and start thinking about too many things and I can't go back to sleep all the time! This morning I woke up at 3:35 and never did get back to sleep. I am so tired. I wish there was a way to stop thinking! LOL.

  • I've found that if I wake up during the night, then I turn on my MP3 and listen to a talk show, then I go right back to sleep.
