  • I meant 3 cups of milk a day...when should I decrease to less?

  • My almost 3-year-old gets about 2 cups of 2% milk a day, 1 cup of watered-down juice, and water. He gets 3 meals a day, though he sometimes won't eat much. I'll offer a snack mid-morning and after nap (before dinner). Snacks include a cheese stick, some crackers, fresh or dried fruit, a cereal bar, a soft pretzel (which we usually share), or nuts.
