when and what time is the best time for u

to work out..? what kind of exercise do u do ?

  • I go in the morning, about an hour or so after getting up (once my coffee has kicked in!). I go running, then do my Jillian Michaels video, or I go cycling, or I go to the gym. I exercise about 5 days a week. Any of these will take me about an hour in total.

  • Morning before the kids get up and I do yoga. I also have a treadmill that I use some afternoons if I missed my morning routine

  • Well I walk, and any time there is light out sided is a good time for me. So before 5 pm now. Oh how depressing.

  • Morning, I do water aerobics 2x, training group 2x and yoga 1x per week. If I do them all I get a smoothie form a local smoothie place (I think it is healthy)
    I haven't had a smoothie is a few weeks.
