W-Y-R Epidural or No Epidural

Me, I am no hero so it was epidural for me. I went in without any concrete decisions and when the pain got bad I went for the epidural and glad that I did!!

  • Epidural! I would never go without...

I've had two pain free deliveries... Planning on 3...

Trust me when I say the word Epidural is in BOLD on my "birth plan!"

  • No epidural. I did it once, I can do it again. I have a high pain tolerance, so it wasn't that bad for me.

  • i think to each their own. i chose to have my kids completely natural and at home. that was the best decision for me, but its not the best for everyone.

  • No epidural for me. I wanted one so bad the first time because I was told by my mother and sister there was no way I could do it naturally. It was too late and I didn't get one. Then before I had my next baby I was with my sister when she gave birth and she had a severe complication with her epidural and her pelvis was cracked when the doc pulled the baby out with the vacuum. She was in so much pain, that she doesn't remember the first six weeks of his life.
After that I said no way to the epidural. I knew I could do it without one, I already had. My second and third babies were born without any pain meds.
