  • Stress can have a large effect on the health of your baby. I have low fluid and was so close to losing her...but my perinatologist told me to stay as calm as really helped me not only deal with the news but concentrate on what I could do to help the situation. I am now 9 months pregnant and the baby is just fine.

  • Stress can do some nasty things to your body and to your baby.

  • Stress is horrible to your body even if your not pregnant. So I could just imagine the things it could do if you were.
