  • I love making sandwhich salads out of curry turkey salad with chopped white meat, celery, raisins, mayo and curry powder. Or my sister sometimes makes a smoked turkey and I make smoked turkey salad. Chop the meat (light or dark or both) diced kosher pickles and mayo and put it on toasted sourdough....yummm! I make corn soup out of the leftover dark meat too :)

  • Exact recipe, not but idea, yes.
My mother always turns her leftover turkey into a turkey and rice soup with carrots and celery adn broccoli and all that kinda stuff. I'd probably add peas, but then I add peas to just about anything it can reasonably be added to. She then promptly divies it up into gallon baggies and tosses it in the freezer until she's either very cold or feeling lazy around January when she's not worn otu on turkey.
I have a recipe for a casserole though, but my hubs hid the darn cookbook. 101 Things to Do with A Casserole, it's wonderful cookbook.
