Do you eat 3 meals a day?

I typically skip either breakfast or lunch, but I usually grab some sort of snack, a banana, yogurt, cereal bar... once or twice throughout the day.

  • Usually once or twice a day. Don't have time to sit down 3 times a day.

  • I wish. I had a baby 3 weeks ago and have completely lost my appatite. I eat about one meal and one snack a day. I can't wait for food to look, smell, and taste good again though.

  • Usually eat 3 meals and snacks. Seems like I'm either pregnant or breastfeeding most of the time and need the food to keep me going.
