Ideas for Tilapia. I bake it every week and we are bored.

Any recipes or suggestions will be greatly appreciated by my husband tonight. :)

  • It is very simple. Just watch it close. It will take much less time because it is very close to the direct heat source. Broiling will open a whole new realm of flavors for you.

  • Season some tortilla crumbs (or breadcrumbs) with lemon pepper, rub the seasoned crumbs on and fry it on a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat (about 3 min per side.)

  • MommaMidget that sounds good! I've never used a broiler before. Is it difficult?
