Guess what?!

I'm in my pre-pregnancy pants!!!!!! But I am still 18LBS from my PP weight. Now I just need to get rid of this damn muffin top.
Any ideas on how to get rid of it. I know I know diet and exercise but I'll like work out moves suggestions.

  • Rake leaves that motion from left to right feels like a waist sincher. Also walking, cardio burns more fat all the time.

  • wear like a body shaper or something tight not too tight... and do ur house chores, then do some cardio or dance..
